We constructed a unique residence inspired by French provincial architecture in the tranquil Montgomery Rise neighbourhood of Googong. This two-story, five-bedroom home, complete with a study, double ensuite, and bathroom with WC, boasts custom joinery throughout.
The residence includes built-in features such as a fridge, freezer, and two dishwashers. The spacious garage comes with additional storage, and the large entertainer’s alfresco area features a pergola. The master suite opens to a front balcony, strategically positioned to capture sweeping views of the surroundings. This project involved both design and construction, with meticulous planning to maximise the use of the block.
