DESIGN

We strongly believe in establishing a personalised connection with you and each project. This commitment is reflected in our active engagement from the initial draft floorplan. We leverage our expertise in design and buildability to ensure meticulous planning. Taking a proactive approach, we anticipate and forsee any potential issues during the design stage. After all the design stage is just as important as the foundation of the project!

Our dedicated design team collaborates with you to explore options and shape your dream floorplan. Throughout this process, we prioritise staying within your budget and providing guidance every step of the way.

Importantly, once the plans are finalised, they become your exclusive property. AFT Building Solutions does not retain ownership of any floorplans that you design.
